You have
been working extra hard at your career, for you are hosting taskmaster Saturn
in your solar tenth house of honors until December 2017, and Saturn demands
your complete attention. Think of him as a high-price consultant who has not
had time for you since his last visit to your professional sector 1985-1988.
You might not have been born yet, or if you were, you might have been so young
at the time that you still could have been in school. In that case, this is
your first go-round with Saturn, and the first tour is the most important
visit, for you will learn the most the first time. With each subsequent Saturn
visit (we all have a maximum of three such visits in a lifetime), theoretically
you will have less to learn.
This is
your rare window of opportunity to make a name for yourself, provided you are
willing to work with Saturn and to keep your focus and concentration, without
distraction. Saturn takes 29 years to circle the Sun, and after he leaves in
December 2017 next year, he won’t come again to this, your most prestigious
part of your chart until 2044-2047. You won’t need a refresher course until
then, for all of Saturn’s tutoring in the professional realm will stay with you
for at least three decades, possibly forever. This is why Saturn is such a
tough love teacher – he wants you to learn and remember what you learned
because he does not have time to come back anytime soon.
This
month, you may be pulled in two directions. As the month opens, June 2, Saturn
in your prestigious career sector will directly oppose the transiting Sun in
your home and family sector. You may be moving or renovating and feel that you
need to split your attention between home and career. That may cause tension,
for Saturn opposed to the Sun is a heavy, depressing aspect. You may be
criticized at work by a VIP or by a prominent family member, and that will have
you feeling low for a day or two. Don’t let it – try to be unemotional about
what you hear, and pretend you are an actor in a play. What would our hero do
after hearing this? Alternatively, you may be realizing your space is becoming
too small, and that you really do have to move, and you are trying to figure
out where you should live, so that you won’t face a long commute to work.
Or,
because the Sun will be under siege from Saturn on June 2, you may be concerned
over the health of a male relative, possibly your father or other prominent
male in your life. (I say male because the Sun in any aspect almost always
points to a masculine figure.) The Sun also happens to be the natural ruler of
Pisces’ sixth house, ruling your own health and work projects (both), so be
sure you take good care of yourself, especially in early June when the heaviest
work demands will be on you. Saturn will oppose the new moon too, so an
important woman in your life, possibly your mother, will also need your focused
attention.
Mars has
been putting great emphasis on your career since March 5, and has put pressure
on you to perform. (Saturn has, too.) Then on April 17, Mars went retrograde,
which is a difficult trend, because everyone, of all signs, depends on Mars to
be the booster rocket to all new ventures and relationships. Mars’ job is to
fire up your passion, courage, energy, and drive, and give you the motivation
to make a beeline after goals you dearly want to achieve.
When
Mars retrogrades, it is not the ideal time to launch new products or services,
for the energy behind the endeavor may be lacking – and it may not be entirely
your fault. These types of important ventures are highly collaborative in
nature, and the team may not be entirely in sync during Mars retrograde. Or it
may be that the team is not pushing endeavors hard enough because they don’t
care enough, nor have their own interests invested in the project in the way
that you do. If you feel that life is moving forward at an agonizingly slow
pace, you know why. The good news is, Mars will move forward on June 29. Mars
will not retrograde again until June 2018.
Mars is
the natural ruler of your solar second house of earned income, so once you get
beyond the end of this month, June 29, you should start to see your financial
picture improve. Mars won’t be back to former strength until August 22, but you
don’t have to wait until then to see opportunities emerge to make money, or to
finally get paid from clients if they owe you. With each successive day, you
will see the pace pick up.
You have
another reason to be optimistic about how your life will go in the coming
weeks. Late last month, on May 27, Mars moved back into Scorpio, a gorgeous
place for Mars to be for you, and is set to stay in Scorpio in June and July.
Until now, since the start of March, Mars has been in Sagittarius, pushing you
with great intensity to perform with excellence and stretch to new standards.
Your workload has been heavy and might have taken a superhero to perform, but
you found a way to do it all, without complaint.
Having
Mars in Scorpio all through June and all of July will give you a chance to
exhale, relax, and to possibly take a long trip, too. If you like, take your
vacation in July, for that would be your very best time to go. Mars in a water
sign will help you garner plenty of support, and during those months, for a
change, you won’t feel so challenged to defend your professional ideas to
higher ups. Even though they were impressed with your performance, like a drill
sergeant, you were being asked to argue and qualify every idea you presented –
it could have felt exhausting. You would have assumed that by now you have
proven yourself, but no, you were still being tested. Publishing and
broadcasting projects will get a big push forward in June and July, as will any
moves you might make to go to college or graduate school to obtain an advanced
degree.
Mars
will return to Sagittarius and your career house August 2 to September 27 – by
then Mars will be in good shape and finally be working hard to help you. You
won’t have to do all the heavy lifting alone. Say goodbye to delays or feeling
like you are pushing a rock up a hill. If you plan things right, by August you
will have had a fun time on a vacation (or a few days off) in June and July and
rested, and you will be ready to score a big victory at work.
Speaking
about how well you are doing in your career, you have an important full moon
coming up on June 20, in Sagittarius, 29 degrees. The interesting part about
this full moon is that you had a full moon last month, on May 21, in the very
same sign, Sagittarius, but different degree (1 degree). What happened in your
career last month? This full moon may bring things to a higher level, and
complete a process you’ve been in.
We
haven’t had two full moons in the same sign one month after another in two
years, not since July 2013 – August 2013, when we saw two full moons in Aquarius.
When two full moons come in a row, it means that universe is underscoring a
certain part of your life to be sure you get the message – it is, of course, to
pay attention to your career and your reputation in the industry. It seems you
are being groomed for bigger and better things, dear Pisces. Think back to the
time around May 21 – what happened at that time that was career related? Now
watch for culmination of events on or within four days of June 20.
Do not
sign papers at the time of the full moon, June 20, for Neptune will be in hard
angle to Mercury – Mercury rules binding contracts, and Neptune rules the fog,
so elements to that contract may be missing or obscured. If you sense something
is not quite right, ask a lot of questions, and by all means, enlist the advice
of an attorney. This would be no time to try to save money! Mercury will also
be opposed to Saturn, so anything you miss will bring on a hard lesson learned.
I would prefer you sign after Mars goes direct. My favorite day will be when
Venus in Cancer (a divine spot for Pisces) will be in elegant sextile to
Jupiter. (Sextiles denote opportunity.)
Before
you get to July 1, you have a sensational aspect coming up over the weekend of
June 25-26, when Jupiter, the giver of gifts and luck, will receive shimmering
vibrations from Pluto. Whenever Pluto and Jupiter are together like this, it
spells success, especially in regard to financial matters. That is because
Pluto will take the expansive, good fortune of Jupiter and multiply it many times
over. Of course, you must always check with your financial advisor before you
make any moves involving money, but this is a rare day not to be repeated in
similar fashion until April 2020. (We will have one day in June 2018, but it
won’t be nearly the same strength.) This aspect is as rare as diamonds.
Sometimes you have a first meeting that you think is nice – even special – but
you have no idea how big that opportunity is going to grow until later when you
look back in hindsight and say, it all began near June 26.
How can
you use this lovely configuration? Jupiter is in your partner house, so you may
have outstanding luck from your steady partner or spouse. Or, this person may
be your agent, manager, publicist, lawyer, business partner, writing partner, or
other collaborator you’ve taken on to help you get ahead. It seems these days –
at least until September – you really do need an agent or middleman to unlock
your cosmic treasures. Pluto is currently in your house of friendship, and will
remain there until November 2024. This tells me a friend may be instrumental in
recommending you or helping you in some way, and your agent may take it the
rest of the way. It alternatively may be that you belong to a club that has an
event that you will find life changing or that the club will give you advice or
an introduction you could not have done by yourself – see how things work out.
Big
planets like Jupiter and Pluto, when they team up like they will on June 26 –
an outstanding feature of 2016 – will meet and part three times before spinning
off in different directions. The first meeting took place on the American
holiday of Thanksgiving, November 26, 2015 last year. What were you discussing
near that time at work? Then the second one took place on March 16. Take a look
at your email to see the kinds of topics that were coming up in the days
surrounding November 26, 2015 and March 16, 2016. Now, you will have the third
and final meeting, June 26, which might be connected to what you did in March.
June
25-26 falls over a weekend, but you can feel this aspect building on June 13
all the way until this weekend, and a bit beyond. You can also feel the glow on
Monday, June 27, and beyond, up to July 1. Both Jupiter and Pluto are
considered outer planets that spin on the edge of our solar system. Pluto and
Jupiter move ever so slowly, you will find this aspect is within orb (within
significant mathematical tolerance) starting as soon as June 13 or so. This
gives you plenty of time to take advantage of it, including the days that
follow, until July 1. I’d love you to sign papers July 1, if possible.
Before I
go, I want you to put a star on June 13, a sparkling day when news about money,
new projects, assignments, and possibly even a health matter will have you
happy and excited. News will come out of the blue. One other area that may
bring you good news on that day may be in regard to a home-related goal. You
may be able to sell property or buy at the price you hoped, or through the
kindness of a family member, be given a sizeable sum of money toward your down
payment or to do other actions that will improve your home, or help another
family member.
In
matters of love, you will do well once Venus enters Cancer, June 17 until July
12. The fact that Mars is in such a compatible sign to your Sun (Scorpio) and
Venus is too (both are in water signs like yours) spells romantic interludes
for you on the highest level. If you are single and hope to meet someone new,
you might have that fateful meeting in the second half of June or in early
July. Your magnetism and confidence will be on the rise, for Mars will make you
feel – and look – sexy. Venus will weave her charms of magnetism too, so you
have a lot going for you.
My
favorite weekend for you will be June 25-26. At that time, not only do you have
Jupiter and Pluto stirring up social excitement with friends, but you have
something else – Venus in ideal angle to Neptune in Pisces, about to create the
possibility for one of the most glamorous and tender romantic evenings
possible.
