Pisces (February 19 – March 20)

Life will be joyous in July, for you have a little party of four heavenly bodies congregating in your fifth house of true love, fun, leisure, and creativity. It’s time to take a deep breath, let go, and relax. This beautiful trend will be set off once the new moon arrives on July 4 in Cancer 13 degrees.
You’ve been working hard, for you are hosting Saturn in your tenth house of honors, awards, and achievement, a place Saturn took up in December 2014. Saturn is the taskmaster planet, so you have had to concentrate hard, and you are learning how to step up to a higher stature in your career. Saturn can be a tough teacher, but all that you learn from him will stay with you forever. Saturn will end your teaching and testing period in December 2017, and at that time you will get considerable professional reward – but not before Saturn’s exit. Once Saturn leaves, he will not have time to come back to tutor you again until 2044, decades from now.
The universe feels that you need a rest from all this hard work you have been doing, and July will be your time to indulge. Romance should be very bright, for Venus in Cancer will see to it, July 1 to 11. Venus in a fellow water sign will heighten your charisma, and your charm will draw others to you. Indeed, July will be your best month of 2016 to find new love if you are single and have not been dating. If you are attached, this new moon will fan the fires of love too. A new moon opens a portal of energy, so it’s not just influential for a day but an entire string of days lasting for at least ten days. It is important to circulate and clear your calendar to get the most out of this peach of a new moon.
Neptune, your ruler, will be the planet most tightly supportive (mathematically) of this new moon, a fantastic indication that love will be glamorous and inspire you deeply. This is no ordinary time!
If you are creative – and most Pisces are – you will find that original ideas will come to you easily, especially in the first half of the month, thanks to the new moon July 4. Set aside time to devote to your creative project, and you will be amazed at what you turn out – and so will everyone around you.
A child, or children, could be part of the fun this month too. If you hope to become pregnant, the time after July 4 bodes well for conception. If you have children, you will want to include them in all your activities. Bring them along on your travels, and choose a place near water for the soothing effect that such an environment will have on you, your partner, and your children. With Neptune prominent, the little Fish will be happiest at the seashore or near a beautiful lake.
It is true that Pluto will oppose the four heavenly bodies in your fifth house of love at the new moon, so it is possible that a friend will not like your choice of partner who you are dating, or say something critical about your child. You may be distressed by your friend’s words, so try to see the motivation behind them. Is this person trying to be helpful or hurtful? Don’t let this person spoil the beauty that this month holds for you.
If you have a birthday that falls on March 4, plus or minus five days, you will feel this new moon the most – and benefit from it. The same is true if you have Pisces rising 13 degrees, or have your natal moon in Pisces, or a natal planet in Pisces, Scorpio, Cancer, or Taurus, Virgo, or Capricorn at 13 degrees, plus or minus five degrees.
Only two days after the new moon, Mars, the sexy energy planet, will tour Scorpio, another water sign. Lo and behold, Venus and Mars will signal each other in the heavens on one magical day to use for romance: July 6. Put a big star on July 6 as a super romantic day to celebrate your love for your partner, or for finding someone who is right for you.
Venus in Cancer from July 1 to 11 would be the right time to go shopping for new things to wear, to refresh your appearance, and for women to investigate new makeup.
This year you have been hosting Jupiter, the giver of gifts and luck, in your marriage house, and on July 8, Mercury and Jupiter will be in sync, making it a fabulous time to commit to one other person. Over the weekend of July 9-10, the magic continues, for Jupiter, in your marriage house, will contact the Sun in your house of love, making that weekend one for the record books. You may be getting engaged or married, and this would be a loving, tender weekend to see that happen. You’d enjoy a touch of luxury too.
This month has a strong emphasis on commitment, but if you are not ready for that step, you can use this energy for forming a powerful, long-lasting business relationship that you make official by signing papers. A great time to sign any kind of document or agreement would be July 8, when Jupiter, the giver of girts and luck, will support Mercury.
It looks like you will travel this month, too, and it is likely to be to a distant location, for you have Mars in your long-distance travel sector focusing you there. When Mars and Venus combine energies on July 6, you may find you are in that new, faraway city. Mars will encourage you to pack and go all month, not just the first week. Once you get to August, however, you will be needed at home base, for your work is about to get very active.
This month will be active professionally if you work in the media, such as for a magazine, newspaper, Internet, or broadcast company. You might be the reporter, writer, producer, director, editor, or part of the support staff. Or, remarkably, you may be the topic of a very positive publicity story – or both. Once Mars leaves Scorpio on August 2, he won’t be back to Scorpio until December 2017, so make use of this heavenly trend for travel while all the conditions are right.
The full moon on July 19 in Capricorn, 28 degrees, will mark a time to kick up your heels. It appears you’ll be attending a festive event like a friend’s wedding or other celebration, possibly in an old, beautiful landmark building or at a posh country club. You will have help from Jupiter and Neptune at this full moon – those are big planets, so that is nothing to sneeze at – so the events of this time should be positive.
Uranus, the planet of unexpected events, will be in hard angle to the full moon, however, so it appears that you will get a bill for a charge that you did not expect. Those charges that may be related to the social event, and apparently costs climbed without your being aware of how high they are going. Or, the costs may be directly related to a creative job that you are working on and that has cost overruns.
If you have a birthday that falls on March 19, plus or minus five days, you will benefit from this full moon. Similarly, if you have Pisces rising or the moon in Pisces, 28 degrees, or a natal planet in Pisces, Scorpio, Cancer, Taurus, Virgo, or Capricorn at 28 degrees, you will also benefit. In all cases, allow a tolerance of plus or minus five degrees.
As you get closer to month’s end, on July 27, you will have a spectacular aspect, Mercury in supremely harmonious angle to Uranus. This suggests you will have a chance to make money from a surprise assignment.
Your work, health, and fitness will take on greater importance in August, so July 27’s sparkling aspect will have inkling of what is to come. The outlook for your finances is superb as you get deeper into the second half of the year, so if you feel you’ve had too many expenses, all your “losses” will be more than compensated.
It will be far better for you to travel this month, in July, for next month and beyond will be exciting, with many changes, and you won’t have the time to go. With two eclipses in September due, one in Virgo and one in Pisces, your life is about to move on fast-forward. While you can enjoy a long trip and romance, take your chance, dear Pisces.
