Virgo (August 23 – September 22)

This month, March brings the Sun as far away from Virgo as is possible, so it marks your “winter” as it is a time when it is hard for you to feel the Sun’s warmth. Until the Sun loops around its elliptical orbit at the end of this month and starts its journey back to your birthday time in September – a stretch of six months – you will do best to work collaboratively. At times, you may feel voted down on certain key topics, or that competitors are being aggressive and impossible to cajole. If you feel competitors becoming aggressive, it will not be your imagination, so you will do best by keeping alert, being a team player, and being willing to carry out the ideas of the group without being tempted to take a stand. The deck is temporarily stacked against you acting alone, but only for now. It’s very possible that you were right all along, but for now you must let others have their time in the Sun.

In your personal life, with the Sun, new moon solar eclipse of February 26 still strong, Neptune, and Mercury crowded in your house of partnership and commitment, you may get engaged or married. A friendly solar eclipse lit your marriage, partnership and commitment sector of your chart on February 26. If you are already committed, you may decide ways to do something more with your union to make it grow and flourish. Alternatively, if you are not married, or even close to exchanging rings and promises, you may instead decide to make a business partnership official.

Keep in mind that Neptune will be very close to the Sun in your house of serious commitments and alliances, so you may be making a union based on impressions and assumptions, but not on complete information. Take your time and know your partner well before you make any move.

Mars will tour your eighth house of money during the first nine days of March, indicating you have been focusing on money management. You may be having meetings with your financial advisor or accountant about how to make your savings grow at a faster clip, or to hear about legal deductions you can take advantage of on your taxes. You seem to have already had a surprise expense or large influx of cash – or both. If this has not happened yet, one or both events may occur in the first days of March. Uranus, the planet of surprise, will be next to Mars in March’s first week the reason for the wide swings possible, either favorable or unfavorable. With Uranus, you never know which way things will go, for it is the wild card of the solar system.

Your own interests will be at the center of the stage at the full moon in Virgo on March 12. Pluto in Capricorn will be in ideal angle to the full moon and Sun, allowing for full and complete a transformational personal experience. At this time, something dearly important to you will reach culmination and finish. To have powerhouse Pluto on your side is quite an advantage, and doubly so if your birthday falls on or very close to September 14. This full moon will be made for you.

The end of the month brings a new moon in Aries on March 27, a good time to be discussing an entrepreneurial idea. You have a crowd of planets in your eighth house that rules one-time influx of money, such as an infusion of venture capital, an insurance payout, a large sum of back child support, divorce or other court cash settlement, a tax refund, student financial aid, grant, inheritance, mortgage, or other bank loan. The point is this is unusual funding that will allow you to find a way to get the money to fund a dream. Alternatively, you may be given the green light to move ahead on a creative project. Whatever occurs at this time will happen suddenly, without warning. Thankfully, Mars in Taurus will partner in harmony with Pluto in Capricorn, a sign that money could be on the way to you if you do your research and prepare an accurate business plan.

Travel is indicated, but might bring obstacles. Venus rules your solar ninth house of travel, but Venus will go retrograde from March 4 to April 15. This suggests that the purpose of your trip, whether business-financial or romantic-relaxation, will not reach its mark. This period would also not be the time to do any major changes to your appearance, whether plastic surgery, a radical change in hair color, or new but untried dermatological treatment. Venus will ramp up to full power weeks after this planet of beauty and grace goes direct – on May 18. Venus holds sway over your finances too, so in coming weeks you may rethink investments in concert with your trusted advisor. You are a patient soul, and this month, that quality in you will be a winning one.

Libra (September 23 – October 22)

You start March with a full plate of things to do, for you have Neptune, Mercury, the Sun, and new moon solar eclipse of February 26 in your projects and workaday sector. In the case of the eclipse, the opportunities arising from that solar eclipse are still strong and plentiful. That’s a lot of planetary energy there, and you may get a new assignment, freelance work, or if self-employed, new business. Both home and at work, your list will grow. New assignments will flow in, goals will progress, and through it all, luck will be on your side. You may see a major change in personnel – a new housekeeper, a new assistant, co-worker, or other person you hire or work along with may now change, but you will easily find a replacement and be energized by the new person. Creative projects will be outstandingly favored.

Your ruler, Venus, will go retrograde from March 4 to April 15, so you might have a change of heart concerning a romantic partner, or put plans you’ve drawn up together on a back burner due to outside conditions. In March’s first week, both Venus and Mars are in your partnership sector, a lovely romantic vibration, but Uranus, the planet of surprise, is there too, so any switch in plans or feelings would arise suddenly. Any plans having to do with funding or money management will also be up for reconsideration.

Retrograde planets give us time to go back and fix things that went wrong, or that we feel should be adjusted due to current conditions. If you are in the middle of a breakup in love or business, the negotiation of the settlement may reach a temporary impasse during this period. Venus retrograde will ask you to reconsider your stance, as well as your decisions and impending moves. Get advice, and reflect quietly – don’t rush. This is not a time to give a big expensive party or charity fundraiser, and if considering engagement, wait if you can.

Do not make any radical moves involving your appearance in March or April either. While you will still be able to take care of routine grooming, such as touchups and trims, avoid going from blonde to redhead, for example, and put off plastic surgery and new types of skin treatments. Venus will go direct April 15, but will take until May 18 to reach former strength. Keep in mind that Venus is your ruler, so the meetings and greetings of Venus to other planets that occur every month will always affect you more than most. It is a time to review and assess, not launch or push forward.

Mars will move into Taurus on March 9 until April 21, a time when you may be spending more money than usual. You may have planned to make certain payments, such as a deposit on a vacation house rental, or a deposit on school or camp for your child. If you have not planned any big outlays of cash, be conservative in spending until you have a solid view of the lay of the land. If you are in the process of trying to divide assets at the end of a business or marriage, talks may become contentious with Mars in this area, so do all you can to keep things calm. You are due to make better progress just after the new moon, April 26.

On March 12, the full moon will light your twelfth house of privacy, a good time to focus on projects you will need to get done without distraction. At this time of the month, you can be remarkably productive while working alone. Saturn will be in hard angle, a clear reflection of the important work you are doing and the responsibility you have on your shoulders. You can excel under these aspects if you remain realistic and objective.

In the days that follow the new moon of March 27, if you have been having problems finding accord with a partner in love or business, you might see some evidence of a softening and thawing of talks in your negotiation. The road might not be exactly easy, however, for Pluto will be pulling at Mercury and Uranus – you will still face obstacles. However, if you are about to get engaged or married, you will have an open road, and if you feel you know one another well by now, you have only happy days ahead.

If the topic at hand involves a negotiation for a new position in your career, with so many heavenly bodies in Aries, it seems you would be blazing a new, entrepreneurial path, with few signposts from the past to guide you. This may be precisely why you are excited about it, and why you are hoping to be part of this venture or relationship – it is exciting and new and why you are so happy about taking it on. Still, Saturn will ask you to go by the book, so know the rules of this relationship in love or business. In love, you’ll need to be willing to give as well as you get. Follow the whisperings of your heart, as it will reliably point you in the right direction.

Keep in the forefront of your mind that you have Jupiter, giver of gifts and luck, in Libra, a major advantage, for you are the celestial favorite. It takes Jupiter twelve years to revolve around the Sun, so this is a rare, beneficial period for you. Even though this month you may feel a bit out of control and out voted by others, Jupiter is protecting you. Use your intuition, for this month it will be important for you to move slowly – your intuition will give you special night vision, so you will see clearly what is not seen by others. Moves you make now may have to be redone completely later.

Mercury will retrograde April 9 to May 3, and Venus will be retrograde March 5 to April 15. While all planets retrograde, we feel the planets that are closest to earth: Mercury, Mars, and Venus. (Mars is not retrograde but the other two are the problematic ones.) For that reason, for now, there is no reason to push forward. You are being given a golden opportunity to stop, look, and listen before making a commitment. You are laying the foundation for a better future, dear Libra. All the thinking you are doing now will pay off in just a few months.

Scorpio (October 23 – November 21)

March looks to turn out to be an exciting month for romance. As the month opens, you have no less than four heavenly bodies in your fifth house of true love: Neptune (glamour), Mercury (news, travel), the Sun (authority), and new moon (opportunity). Remarkably, the new moon solar eclipse happened just a few days before the start of March, on February 26, and is working hard to bring all kinds of sizzling romantic experiences to you. Neptune will be orbiting close to the solar eclipse, a highly glamorous vibration, so do your best to keep your feet on the ground, for it would be all too easy to get carried away with this breathless vibration.

Solar eclipses usually open a powerful new path, and this one will not only bring chances to find your one true love, but bring more fun to Scorpios of all marital statuses. The eclipse may now spark talks about having a new baby or finding a way to care for a child you have now. For example, you might want to get that child special music lessons or send in a deposit for camp if he is old enough to go.
If you are in a creative field, or take your own personal creativity seriously, a project is likely to blossom. If you are an October-born Scorpio, this month will be especially strong, with the possibility of becoming quite enchanting. All Scorpios are favored, however, and the actions you take in the first week of March will set the pace for months to come. If you are single, be sure to circulate.

Your social life will remain bright straight through the full moon period, March 12, plus five days. (In particular, weekend of March 11-12 might be very special for fun with friends.) It looks like you will be attending an event surrounded by many happy people. It may be a spiritual retreat, party, wedding, charity benefit, sporting event, trade show, conference, or other event that would draw many people happily together. Saturn will be at hard angle, so you may be concerned about the money you will spend to attend this event – it does seem to require a considerable sum. There is some indication that your reputation or career growth will be encouraged, thanks to the support of Pluto, so it may be worth spending the money anyway if you can make this event happen.

Mars will begin to tour your seventh house of marriage, so if you have been dating seriously, you may be thinking of getting engaged soon. If so, delay that action until the end of May. The reason is that Venus will be retrograde from March 4 to April 15, considered a poor time to make romantic plans for the future. Affection is thought to be weak during a Venus retrograde for the term of the relationship, lessening the amount of warmth and affection in the union. If the partnership is for business, Venus rules profits too, so it would be best to hold off. Ideally, wait until Venus makes it back to full strength, May 18.

Mercury will retrograde next month, April 9 to May 3, and will be back to his former strength May 20. After that, you have an open road. If you have to act in May, do so after Mercury turns direct, May 3, and leave a space of a few days.

If you are attached, you may be thinking up a goal that would be a dream come true, such as to have a baby or buy a house or condo. It is fine to talk, but again, don’t get started on your plan yet. Venus, now retrograde, is the natural ruler of your seventh house of marriage and established partnerships, in love or business. All the signs are to stop, look, and listen.

The enchanting spell of love that may permeate the month may be temporarily interrupted by the new moon of March 27 when your office will spring to life and assignments will pour in. Planets are gathering in your sixth house of work, all in Aries, suggesting you will soon have something new and quite entrepreneurial for you to do. Or, it may be that you will be starting your own business, large or small, possibly while you work at your present job, with the idea of leaving once you see it begin to grow. You will have lots to do, and plenty to learn.

The Sun, new moon, Mercury, and Venus are all crowded in this, your workaday area of your chart, indicating a lot of energy is being focused here, and the presence of the Sun brings a direct link to your career reputation and status from the project you are working on now. Do well with the project on your desk, and you will shine in your industry. You have a sterling chance to recreate your professional life now – if that is important to you, go for the gold.

The sixth house also relates not only to work, but also to health and strength, and with planets in the spirited, daring sign of Aries, you may be getting ready to enter into an athletic competition, a perfect time to begin training in earnest. Saturn will be at hard angles, giving you lots of self-discipline, but don’t overdo. You will be filled with determination to win, but don’t go overboard doing so. Scorpio can become a bit obsessive! This is the lovable side to you, so I am not too worried. Using common sense will keep you on the right track.

You have so much going for you this month! Be patient when slowdowns crop up – delays will benefit you!

Sagittarius (November 22 – December 21)

As you enter March, your mind will be strongly on your home living conditions and improvements you would like to make. This comes due to a very powerful new moon solar eclipse that occurred February 26 and that will be influential through March, and possibly for months ahead, particularly in regard to real estate. No matter what you are trying to achieve, you will have the wherewithal to do it.
Water in connection with the home might be a problem, however, and if so, you likely already know that to be true, or soon will, so take precautions. If you are involved in a decorating project, you will be inspired by tender Neptune to create a dream of an environment – soft, inviting, and ultimately comfortable. As you see, Neptune has two sides, to inspire but also to confuse, or to bring difficulties with water.

By the full moon, March 12, you will need to redirect your attention to news going on in your career. Saturn will test your courage and determination, so you may have to finesse a tight, sticky, or challenging career situation, or you were given quite a bit of work to handle and you are coming to the end of the project. Pluto will be at your side to help you get on top of things, and if you concentrate on the many last-minute details that you will have to oversee, you will be able to become a force to be reckoned with in your industry.

Pluto is currently in your second house of earned income, so whatever is happening within four days of this full moon will help you earn a large sum of money. If you are self-employed, you may finish an important project that will bring you acclaim along with a large payment from a client. If you work for others, you may be negotiating a new job and bigger title, one that will come with an impressive rise in salary.

It looks like you’ll be working hard most of the month into next, for Mars will enter your assignment center from March 9 to April 21. If you do get the new job this month, or are finishing up a project, it looks like the success of what you do will instantly earn you more prestigious clients or assignments. In the meantime, you may be able to hire staff to help you get the coming heavy flow work done, whether at work or at home, or both.

Lucky for you, despite the heavy emphasis on home and career, fun and love are on the agenda too, thanks to the new moon, March 27. Just when you assumed it would be highly unlikely for you to see exciting love occur on such an important turning-point month, Cupid will send his little fleet of angels to help you enjoy love. No matter what your marital status, much more fun and excitement seem destined to come to you now.

If you are single, circulate as much as possible after March 27, and continue doing so for two weeks. If you meet someone, this relationship may stay in your heart a long time, possibly forever. The most likely place you would meet will be at work, or at the gym, but not at a party. The person you become interested in will likely be a leader type, possibly self-employed and a self-starter, or someone who is a successful athlete.

If you have been dating seriously, it appears both you and your partner have been under stress, so this is your cue to be lighthearted and flirtatious with your long-term partner, for the response will be just what you had hoped. Take a vacation together if you can, and it need not be to a distant location – a little time away will do you a world of good. If you are not dating but married, the same advice applies. In your case, additionally, you also seem to be very fixed on moving, streamlining, or improving the look of your home and that would be the right idea.

Still, even with so much on your plate, you, too, need diversion and fun – at month’s end you will get it. You might be in the mood to take a trip away and do sports together, like mountain climbing or something competitive with each other. If you can travel after the new moon March 27, then do go – you need to get completely out of your usual environment this month to fully relax.

Capricorn (December 22 – January 19)

You may be in contractual talks as you begin March. The solar eclipse that occurred just days before March began (February 26) is still sending light to your third house of contracts. Even so, is not be the right time to sign, for that eclipse was (and still is) orbiting close to Neptune, the planet of confusion. If you sign now, you may be agreeing to terms that are not being clearly spelled out. It will be vital that you consult a lawyer, for you must have full understanding of the terms of the agreement.

The same third house, however, rules writing of all kinds, not just contracts, including imaginative, creative writing such as for a novel, screenplay, or lyrics for music or words of poetry. In that case, Neptune, the planet of dreams and symbols, will be your muse and inspire you to create enchanting work that is cinematic, visual, and at the same time tender in its descriptiveness and appeal. If you want to travel, early to mid-March would be an ideal time to go – with many heavenly bodies in Pisces, choose a place near water. You may be coming back from overseas or from a location far from your base in your own country near March 12, due to a full moon lighting your house of travel at the time.

That same time, March 12, will be fortunate for other actions too, as this full moon is overall positive, especially thanks to a beam from power planet Pluto in Capricorn, in friendly angle to the full moon in Virgo. Saturn will be challenging, however, so keep your health strong and your wits about you – you may have to get over a hurdle at this time, but you will have the ability to do so. Pluto is a big deal planet and he is in Capricorn, supporting you every inch of the way. Despite the hurdles you may have to get over mid-month, you can win. If you travel, the trip is likely to have quite an ability to change your perspective and boost your spirits in a way no other trip has done for you in ages. In addition to positive travel, you may also to hear good news about a court case or legal action, or get happy results from a publishing or broadcasting venture, or efforts you might be putting in toward getting an advanced university degree.

When it comes to career, be patient. Your tenth house of fame and honors – the only part of the chart that rules your ascent to the prestigious top – is ruled by Venus, and Venus will be retrograde, slowing your progress. Avoid taking a new job or interviewing for one from March 4 to April 15. When Venus does turn direct, she will be tired for weeks, and won’t get her strength back until May 18. Be patient – you will find much better aspects in the last quarter of 2017, a better time to act.

Venus will retrograde in Aries, a sign associated with your home, but again, although having Venus in your home sector is usually a plus for making design decisions, but not when Venus is retrograde. Additionally, do not schedule any radical improvements to your appearance. This means no plastic surgery or heavy-duty dermatological treatments, and no massive changes in hair color or cut. Men, now is not the time to grow a beard or shave one off.

Opportunity to make a better, more comfortable, and stylish home will arrive at the new moon, March 27. Over the past several years, you have had a much greater emphasis on home and family than any other sign, and more instability than most too. After reading your forecast, you may be saying, “Oh no! No more changes at home!” However, the ones that will happen this month would be ones you will volunteer for, dear Capricorn. If you want to move, you will likely find the place you like, but if you are finding the space this month, you may have to wait until the persons that are occupying that space have moved out. You may want to make important changes to the space before you move in, but with Venus retrograde, nothing will be easy. Watch the work that the workmen are doing, for you will need to be present and aware of all that is going on – leave nothing to chance.

Romance will be blossoming too, now that Mars is about to enter your fifth house of true love from March 9 to April 21. Sexy Mars will get you in the mood for love, and by the time the new moon of April 26 arrives next month, your love life will move into full swing. Single or attached, Cupid will be around the very next corner.

Aquarius (January 20 – February 18)

As you begin March, you may be involved with money management. You now have one of the best periods of 2017 to ask for a raise, and this chance to substantially raise your earned income was brought on by the solar eclipse of February 26, still strong now. Neptune was orbiting close to the Sun and new moon, so if you are discussing money with just about anyone, be sure that person is being transparent and clear.

This is necessary because Neptune can obfuscate financial facts or bring on misleading assumptions. Ask questions – still, this solar eclipse brings enormous potential, so make it work for you. If you are involved in a creative expression, you will benefit in a big way, for Neptune is the patron planet of the arts. You may sell an idea, a poem or a song, a manuscript, or a screenplay; be cast in the acting role of your life; or be chosen to create an inspiring choreography for a ballet. Or you may sell a body of photographs, or be hired to design a theatrical set, or compose music, as examples.

Your focus on money will finish up at the full moon March 12. You may huddle with your accountant to do savvy tax planning and because Pluto will be in helpful position to that full moon – Pluto rules the government – tax news looks to be positive. Saturn will be in hard angle, however, so you will need to be realistic about a financial situation you are dealing with mid-month. You may have assumed you would receive a large sum that would almost certainly arrive – but will not. (Apparently, that check was not “in the mail.”) You will need contingency plans, and in the meantime, have to temporarily put off a purchase or social activity you had looked forward to until that payment arrives.
If you want to take a trip this month, make it one with a spark of adventure – a camping trip or staying a dude ranch in Arizona would be ideal. Single or attached, romance will be best while traveling too, so by all means, if you can scoot away, do.

It is also possible you will be asked to sign a contract this month, but with Venus retrograde, your chances of doing well financially from the deal are not good. Venus rules profits, in addition to great appearance, expensive clothes, perfume and jewelry, flowers, and the other embellishments of life. Venus governs profits, but she will be napping in March and April, so this would not be the time to sign papers or to launch an important business project. Wait until the third week of May.

If you want to take a home-related action that would involve funding, the same rules apply. You will need to put off that plan for a while, as Venus, the planet ruling your home sector, will retrograde from March 4 to April 15, and not resume full power until May 18. (Besides, Mercury, which governs contractual deals, will be retrograde too, from April 9 to May 3.)

If you want to buy a house or condo, or lease an apartment, you might run into difficulties and other obstacles because Venus also rules in the Aquarius’ chart your home and other property you might be negotiating, including a country house. Try not to close a real estate deal in March, April, or during most of May. Delaying the paperwork may be impossible to do, so in that case, hire the best appraiser you can find, for she will find something in the real estate deal to give you concern and that must be discussed with the other party. If you cannot wait until mid-May, then act just after the new moon in your home sector, April 26. Your sister, brother, or cousin might be especially helpful to you at this time.

Pisces (February 19 – March 20)

This month will bring the last eclipse in a two-year series in Virgo-Pisces that affected you since March 2015. That last eclipse came by as a new moon solar eclipse on February 26. That eclipse will send its influence throughout March as well as into the coming six months. All Pisces will see opportunity arise, but those born within five days of February 26 will feel it more – if that is you, your entire life could now show immediate shifts in lifestyle. Neptune, your ruling planet, was orbiting close to that eclipse, indicating what comes up this month will touch on something deeply personal and important to you, and would likely involve a fabulously creative project.

Your significant other will be your main focus at the full moon in your opposite sign of Virgo, March 12. This full moon will ask you to make a decision about your partner in love or business. Venus and Mars will be in mutual reception, a lovely situation that happens when one planet is in the sign the other planet rules. Venus rules Taurus, and Mars is orbiting in Taurus. Mars rules Aries, and Venus is in Aries. These two planets will partner beautifully, like longtime friends and lovers who will always support one another. Travel should be heavenly after March 12 through May 20, the time Mars will move through Taurus. You may want to travel to a place you used to visit a long time ago and now miss and want to see again.

Venus will retrograde from March 4 to April 15, and not return to usual strength until May 18. Venus is the natural ruler of two important houses for you, Pisces: your house of other people’s money and the other, the house of contracts. In both areas, you will see a slowdown. Venus will hold down profits and negotiations, so it will be vital to delay signing your contracts until end of May, or at the earliest, end of April.

Mercury will be retrograde from April 9 to May 3 anyway, and in the Pisces solar chart, Mercury rules your partnerships. No matter how you examine this cosmic situation, the message is the same: it will be unwise to take on any new venture now, especially one involving a partner.

Venus also rules love and your appearance, too, so it would be best to put off an engagement, major party, or scheduling any radical changes to your looks. It is fine to follow regular grooming appointments, but no plastic surgery or invasive dermatologist treatments. Venus retrograde may hold up important wires and checks, so be sure to send reminder invoices – no need to be shy.

The universe will be sending mixed messages, for on March 27, the new moon in Aries and the ten days to follow would typically be the most important time of 2017 to see an increase in your salary or fees. This new moon will have powerful help from Pluto, and a friend may make an important introduction for you now that proves to be a lucrative contact, or help you get funding you need.

On the other hand, Saturn will be in hard angle to this new moon, March 27, indicating the work that is offered to you at this point in the month (and the year) will be prestigious but represent a need to put in a strenuous effort. In fact, the work you do now may test the very depths of your talents – an exciting prospect. Considering all you will need to do to fulfill the role, you may feel you would not be justly compensated – even if the fee were large. That can be sometimes, but with Venus retrograde, profits will be slow to come – but it will come.

As you get involved with the work (should you take it), you will learn a great deal, and be able to establish your reputation on a new, higher level. You would be able to use the success you achieve with this work to win more sophisticated, complex work in the future, so keep the faith – this work may be worth your consideration.
